No! You can apply to multiple listings and contact as many agents and property owners as you want, for free.

You can search for properties by selecting your preferred location and setting your budget and property type filters in the search bar available in the home page as well as in the residential, commercial and land pages.

Have you found a property you would like to apply for and need additional information and/or would like to arrange a viewing appointment?

Twentyfirst Real Estate do not market properties and is not involved in the transaction as we only offer our platform as a showroom for agents and owners. Please contact the contact person or company indicated in the listing. To do this, click on the “Send Message” or “Call” button.

While most private property owners and development companies will likely not charge any fee for viewings of their listed properties, some agents may want to charge a viewing fee for taking their time to drive you to the property and showing you the premises. To avoid unexpected surprises discuss this directly with the user responsible for the listing before viewing the property.

Absolutely! You can schedule an in-person viewing directly through our platform by contacting the listing agent or property owner. They will arrange a convenient time for you to visit the property.

While we do not guarantee the availability of virtual tours, many agents nowadays recognize the advantages of offering virtual tours to interested tenants and buyers who cannot attend onsite visits. We nevertheless recommend that you or a trusted representative visit the property in person before signing the contract.

We strive to maintain the highest level of accuracy on our platform and require our users (owners, agents, property managers and agencies) to submit only accurate and true informations and medias, as well as to deactivate listings that are no longer available. However we do not verify the information provided and recommend contacting the listing agent for the most up-to-date details.

If you come across a suspicious listing or user, please do report it to us by using our Contact form and selecting “Report listing or user” in the “Topic of interest” field.

Registering a user and creating a listing on Twentyfirst Real Estate is free of charge.

Only special services like premium advertisement, or having your user / listing verified come with a fee.

Creating a listing on Twentyfirst Real Estate is easy and straightforward.

On Desktop: click on the “Create a Listing” button on the top right corner of the screen.

On Mobile: click on the “User” icon first, then click on the “Create a Listing” button on the top right corner of the screen.

If you have not done it yet, you will first have to register as a user and log in before creating the listing. To do so, just click on “Login” or “Register”.

You will then be redirected to the create a listing form in your user’s dashboard. Just follow the step-by-step process and your listing will be ready in a matter of minutes. For a detailed tutorial, check out our video How To Create a Listing on Twentyfirst Real Estete on YouTube.

When you click on “Submit Listing” your listing will first be checked by our team in order to screen and remove fraudulent listings. If our team has some questions regarding your submitted data you will be contacted to provide further informations.

If you still can’t find your ad in the search results after 24 hours, please do let us know via our Contact form.

Listings can stay online on our platform indefinitely. Users are nevertheless required to keep the provided informations up to date and to deactivate a listing as soon as the property is no longer on the market (i.e. because it has been sold or rented out, or because the owner has had a change of mind). If you think that the property will be listed again in the future, you can decide to put the listing “on hold” instead of deleting it.

This will hide the listing from the search result while keeping the data stored in your user’s dashboard for future listings. Putting listings on hold instead of deleting them is especially useful for rented properties, which may soon be put back on the market following as the tenants move out.

 

Yes, you can edit your listing at any time through your account dashboard. This includes updating photos, changing the price, or adding additional details. Users are not only allowed to edit their property listings, but also required to keep the information provided (which includes medias like pictures and videos) as much up to date as possible.

High-quality photos, detailed descriptions, and competitive pricing are key factors in attracting potential buyers. You might also consider opting for our premium advertisement, which offer enhanced visibility and promotion across our social platforms, or for our verified listing packages, which helps signal that you are a trustworthy user. No, anyone can create a listing on Twentyfirst Real Estate as long as she/he is legally entitled to do so and provide actual and accurate information according to our Terms and Conditions. We nevertheless encourage our private users who are not familiar with the real estate market, to seek the support of a local expert who may provide invaluable advice on how to position the properties on the market to maximize its potential.
