Why We Introduced the Verification System
The real estate market—especially online—can sometimes be vulnerable to scams, misrepresentations, and incomplete information. Our verification system aims to:

How to Recognise Verified Users and Listings
Verified users and listings are clearly marked across the platform with a special icon:
🟦 Verified Profile Badge appears next to the user’s name.
🟥 Verified Listing Badge appears next to the title of each verified property.
These icons indicate that the user has voluntarily submitted documentation that we’ve reviewed and validated through our internal procedures.
Types of Verification
We currently offer different levels of verification to reflect the nature of the documentation provided. These include:
1. Identity Verification (User Profile)
Confirms that the person or business behind the profile has submitted valid identification documents. Typically includes: National ID / Passport / Contact details confirmation
2. Real Estate Professional Verification
Confirms that the professional behind the profile has submitted valid identification documents together with supporting recommendations:
Independent professionals: a recommendation letter from a reputable law firm (left badge)
Professional associated with a verified company: a recommendation letter from given company (right badge)
3. Real Estate Company Verification
Confirms that the business behind the profile has submitted valid identification documents. This typically includes:
Business registration certificates / Recommendation letter from a reputable Law Firm / Directors' National IDs or Passports
4. Listing Verification
Confirms that the listing is published by the actual property owner or a legally authorized agent. This may include:
Title deed or property ownership certificate / Property management agreement or listing mandate / Utility bills or other supporting documents
